What is RBC?
Rancher Butcher Chef (RBC) is a modern steakhouse located in the northwest crossing neighborhood of Bend, Oregon. Our second location, BAR RBC, is a lively Tapas, Wine and Cocktail Lounge in the heart of Downtown Bend. At RBC we prioritize partnering with local ranching and farming communities who share our core values of: sustainability, proper land stewardship, and sourcing of quality ingredients. Prepared and served by our valued team of passionate professionals, we believe in providing all our guests an experience centered around hospitality, with a love for our craft, and our local community.
About our home ranch
7-Mile Creek Ranch in Ft. Klamath, Oregon. 7-Mile balances habitat restoration with responsible, natural cattle grazing and is leading efforts to improve the water quality and fish habitat in the Klamath Basin. The nutrient dense summer grazing ground in the Wood River Valley is some of the best cattle pasture in the West. We are proud to be represented by a responsible and forward-thinking operation.
Our cattle at 7 Mile are part of the Country Natural Beef Cooperative of family ranches. CNB ranches are part of the Global Animal Partnership (GAP-4) animal welfare certification, which prioritizes animal welfare among other responsible and natural grazing practices.
